A Municipal Institute for People with Disabilities and Metropolitan Transport Board service.
This is a complimentary service for when there is no specially adapted regular public transport available, which people with reduced mobility and who have a White Card may request.

There are two kinds of service:
- Regular: these follow the same route and timetable (the same departure and arrival points) and they can easily be booked with advance notice. Apply in writing to the CETRAMSA offices at Avinguda Diagonal, 230, 5è, 08018 Barcelona; by e-mail to pmr@cetramsa.cat, by fax on 934 860 753. The service must be renewed annually, between 1 April and 15 May.
- Occasional: these do not follow the same timetable, they do not have the same departure or arrival points, nor can they be booked well in advance. To request these services, phone CETRAMSA on 934 860 752. A minimum of one hour and a maximum of 48 hours notice is required. Requests can also be made by e-mail to pmr@cetramsa.cat with 48 hours (2 working days) notice.
