Promoted by the City Council's Department for Commerce, Consumption and Markets with the support of the Barcelona Restaurant Guild and the animal rights association Libera!, this guide has the purpose of providing a both useful and dynamic compendium of the Barcelona restaurants that are sensitive to vegetarian ideas, offering a cuisine that meets the culinary demands of vegetarian diners.
